Shares of Unicommerce Esolutions surged 4.71% to Rs 144.40 on Thursday, 30 January, after the company’s announcement that Reid & Taylor Apparel has adopted Unicommerce’s multi-channel order management, warehouse management, and omnichannel retail solutions. This integration will unify Reid & Taylor’s website, warehouses, physical stores, and online marketplaces, streamlining order fulfilment across all customer touchpoints.
With Unicommerce’s unified dashboard, the brand aims to automate order processing, ensuring a seamless shopping experience with faster deliveries and expanded choices for customers, the company stated. However, the financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
In its regulatory filing, the company said, “Deployment of Unicommerce’s suite of solutions will allow the brand to seamlessly serve the customers as they move between various offline and online channels, offering them a consistent shopping experience, wider choice and faster deliveries.”
Despite this positive development, Unicommerce’s stock has underperformed the broader market, declining 29% over the past three months.
As of Q2 2025, Unicommerce serves 3,600 clients, including D2C brands, retailers, e-commerce companies, and logistics providers. With 260 technology and partner integrations, the company processes 850 million orders annually, managing 8,800 warehouses and 3,150 omni-enabled stores.
Additionally, Shipway by Unicommerce, the company’s logistics automation arm, facilitates automated shipping for faster order fulfilment, supporting over 6,500 online brands.
