As of 11:00 am, the shares retreated and were trading on a flatter trend at Rs 378.50 per share as against the previous closing price of Rs 377.35.
About the Order
According to a press release dated March 7, 2025, the company announced that it has received the Letter of Empanelment and Rate Contract from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd.
The contract involves designing, manufacturing, supplying, transporting, installing, testing, and commissioning Off-Grid DC Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems with capacities of 3 HP, 5 HP, and 7.5 HP. This includes providing a complete system warranty as well as repair and maintenance for five years as part of the Magel Tyala Saur Krushi Pump Scheme.
The total value of the contract is Rs 75.43 Crore, with the project covering the entire state of Maharashtra.
Previous Orders
In January 2025, the company received a work order from Solberry Energy Pvt Ltd in Gujarat for the supply of 50 MW of Solar PV Panel modules, with a total order value of Rs 78.79 Crore.
Additionally, in February 2025, the company secured a Letter of Award from NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Ltd for the development of 7131 KW Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar Projects at various locations of the Central Armed Forces and Departments under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Zone 1, with a total order value of Rs 33.03 Crore.

The company’s revenue from operations increased by 135 percent YoY from Rs 58.73 Crore in H1FY24 to Rs 137.83 Crore in H1FY25. Their Net Profits grew by 92 percent from Rs 6.79 Crore to Rs 13.07 Crore over the same period.
