The symbol aims to enhance Saudi Arabia’s position in global finance, especially among G20 members, and will be gradually integrated into financial and official documents.

The initiative, backed by King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, aligns with Vision 2030 and is expected to foster national pride and boost confidence in the riyal.
