Justin Baldoni, who has been accused by his It Ends With Us costar Blake Lively of sexual harassment, plans to sue the actress after he filed a lawsuit against New York Times for defaming him in an article.

As reported by Daily Mail, on December 20, Lively accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her, waging a smear campaign against her and creating a toxic work environment during filming of It Ends With US.

Then on December 31, the wife of Ryan Reynolds then filed another lawsuit against her costar, who also directed the movie, for emotional distress, and humiliation.

Now, Baldoni’s lawyer Bryan Freedman has declared that the 40-year-old actor intends to file suit against the 37-year-old.

A source close to the actor dished out to the publication that the Jane the Virgin alum’s lawsuit against the Gossip Girl star will come “soon”, via PEOPLE.

In this regard, Baldoni’s lawyer told NBC, “We plan to release every single text messages between the two of them [sic]. We want the truth to be out there.”

Justin Baldoni has already initiated a $250 million libel action against the New York Times for its article on Blake Lively’s first complaint.

In the lawsuit, the actor and his team claim that the outlet cherry picked stories and moments to benefit their narrative.
