Soneium, powered by Sony Block Solutions Labs, is collaborating with Line to bring four successful mini-apps onchain in coming months.
This collaboration opens up new opportunities for Web3 adoption in regions where Line has established itself as a dominant digital platform.
With nearly 200 million active users already engaging with Line, integrating its mini-apps into the Soneium ecosystem enhances user experience, bringing smoother, more scalable, and accessible blockchain interactions.
Line Mini App builders will benefit from Soneium’s assistance—combining community building, strategic marketing, and IP collaboration. This creates an ecosystem where developers can focus on innovation while Soneium supports growth initiatives.
Expanding Web3 Adoption
Line has long been a leading social and digital services platform where it is deeply embedded in daily digital interactions. By bringing blockchain-powered applications to Line, Soneium has a vision to transcend boundaries, allowing users to experience the benefits of Web3 without friction. This integration supports a broader vision of onboarding users into decentralized applications without compromising on ease of use.
Jun Watanabe, chairman of Sony Block Solutions Labs, said in a statement, “Line has built strong presence and integrating successful mini-apps into the Soneium ecosystem is a next step toward making Soneium more accessible. We believe this collaboration will drive engagement and adoption in ways that were previously difficult to achieve.”
The First Four Mini-Apps Coming to Soneium on Line in coming months

Farm Frens
Farm Frens debuted as a top-ranked mini-game on Telegram in 2024. Because its hilariously kawaii farming gameplay spread virally within Web3 community, Farm Frens’ relaunch with Soneium aims to onboard as many of LINE’s Web2 users as possible to crypto. Farm Frens is developed by Amihan Entertainment, has raised more than $10 million in funding to date.
Moonveil – Puffy Match
Moonveil.gg is a leading zk-L2 and AI-powered gaming ecosystem, designed to support web3 gaming builders with high-quality infrastructure and AI-driven tools. Moonveil is dedicated to advancing the web3 gaming space.
Puffy Match, a Moonveil mini game, offers simple rules and quick play sessions, making it great for community engagement and rewards. Its upcoming launch on Line via Soneium expands Moonveil’s reach, bringing innovative on-chain gaming to millions while attracting developers to its growing ecosystem.
Pocket Mob
Pocket Mob is a social strategy RPG game where players engage in Mafia-style battles and join into Families directly within social messenger apps, earning Respect points that could lead to NFT rewards. Created by Sonzai Labs, creators of @TeleMafia, Pocket Mob allows users to play together in LINE, making it a dynamic, interactive and deeply social experience.
With its expansion to LINE via Soneium, Pocket Mob is set to attract a broader audience.
Building the Future of Web3 Gaming and Social Apps
The collaboration between Line API & Line Mini App and Soneium is a natural fit for the next evolution of digital experiences. By bringing these four mini-apps onchain, the goal is clear: simplify access to Web3 while maintaining the seamless experience users expect from traditional digital platforms. With Soneium’s infrastructure, developers can integrate blockchain technology effortlessly, ensuring that Web3 adoption isn’t just an experiment but a practical shift in how users interact online.
This is just the beginning, Sony said. As more developers recognize the potential of integrating blockchain into widely-used platforms like Line, the next wave of mainstream Web3 adoption is already taking shape.
