Senate confirms Wright as Trump’s energy secretary, while Burgum gets down to business

The U.S. Senate on Monday confirmed Chris Wright, CEO of Liberty Energy (NYSE:LBRT) since 2011, as President Trump’s new Secretary of Energy, with seven Democrats and one Independent who caucuses with Democrats crossing the aisle in a 59-38 vote.
