Do you know what your stress levels are? I am hoping that someone out there has some information on these graphics. These were sent in as a stress test by one of the StopGeek readers. Here is the information that was included in the tip email.
These patterns are used to test the level of stress a person can handle. The slower the pictures move, the better your ability of handling stress. Alleged criminals that were tested see them spinning around madly. However, senior citizens and kids see them standing still.
I have to admit, I was pretty amazed when I saw these pictures. I even spent about 10 minutes trying to figure what was going on with these pictures. Do you see them moving? I see them “swirling” around a little bit, but when I put my finger on one place or focus on an area the pictures appear to be still. When I look at the entire picture for too long I get dizzy.
So what do you all see? Are these images moving or still? Does anyone have any information on this stuff?
By the way, none of these images are animated, they are both perfectly still.

4[…] Optical illusions have been something that has intrigued me lately. I was visiting one of my favorite illusions sites this morning and couldn’t stop laughing when I saw this one.
